Schuitemaker manufactures the Rapide chop loader wagon in various models. These models are grouped in the 100 series and the 1000 series.

The Rapides come in three different models, i.e. model S, SW and V.    

• S version has no beaters
• SW version has beaters
• V version has beaters and a side discharge conveyor.*
  *)Only the Rapide 100 and 135 are available as V models.

Dual-purpose
    1. As chop loader wagon, high driving speeds during loading and excellent manoeuvrability thanks to the compact construction will quickly give you a good return on investment.
    2. As silage wagon, where construction and loading capacities are based on the heavier product and larger capacity.

Characteristics of the "standard” Rapide precision chop loader wagon
    • Large loading volumes, simple operation and low maintenance
    • Various options for mounting larger tyres in combination with a track-following or hydraulically controlled tandem or tridem.
    • Comes standard with the well-known quick change cutter system.
    • Cutter bar folds out from the working position via electric controls.
    • Cutting length 4.4 cm if all cutters are being used (39 or 44)
    • 5- or 6-bar trailed pick-up
    • Rotor with 8 or 9 tines
    • Hydraulically driven deck chain
    • Optional: 2-speed deck chain run
    • Optional: 30 or 50 cm attachment, with or without top guide set.
